Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan then set aside
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add caster sugar, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  6. Then add egg, greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  8. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to piping bag
  9. Pipe mixture onto cupcake pan
  10. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  11. Remove from oven and let cool
  12. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  13. Attach Creaming beater
  14. Add chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  15. Mix with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  16. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  17. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  18. Attach Whisk
  19. Add egg white and sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  20. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Speed 1
  21. Then add vanilla extract to the EasyWarm Bowl
  22. Whisk with splashguard fitted until cold - 2 min, Speed 4
  23. Add butter to the EasyWarm Bowl bit by bit while machine is running
  24. Whisk with splashguard fitted until smooth - 2 min, Speed 3
  25. Transfer chocolate mixture to EasyWarm Bowl
  26. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 3
  27. Transfer mixture to piping bag
  28. Pipe the buttercream onto each cupcake to decorate
  29. Serve
