Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 3
  6. Then add all purpose flour, sugar, egg, ground cinnamon, butter and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Grease a clean round pan
  11. Flour a clean work surface well
  12. Transfer dough to work surface
  13. Roll into a rectangle
  14. Spread with chocolate spread
  15. Roll into a log
  16. Slice into rounds
  17. Transfer shaped dough to round pan
  18. Cover with kitchen towel
  19. Prove - 1 hr
  20. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  21. Retrieve the dough slices
  22. Brush with milk
  23. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  24. Remove from oven and let cool
  25. Serve
