- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 3
- Then add all purpose flour, sugar, egg, ground cinnamon, butter and salt to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
- Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
- Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
- Grease a clean round pan
- Flour a clean work surface well
- Transfer dough to work surface
- Roll into a rectangle
- Spread with chocolate spread
- Roll into a log
- Slice into rounds
- Transfer shaped dough to round pan
- Cover with kitchen towel
- Prove - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Retrieve the dough slices
- Brush with milk
- Bake - 30 min, 180°C
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Serve
