Step preview

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add sugar, water and vanilla sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until sugar has dissolved - 3 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add raw almonds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Stir with splashguard fitted - 40 sec, 110°C, Stir 3
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until liquid has evaporated - 15 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 180°C, Stir 4
  9. Stir with splashguard fitted - 10 sec, Stir 4
  10. Let rest - 50 min
  11. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking tray and let cool
  12. Serve
