  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter and shallot to the kCook bowl

  5. Cook with filler cap removed until lightly browned - 1 min, 90°C
  6. Then add parsnip, water and vegetable stock cube to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 1
  8. Then add salt & pepper and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Serve
