- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add rapeseed oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
- Then add onion, garlic clove, chicken breast, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground sumac, ground cinnamon and cardamom pods to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 4 min, 110°C, Stir 2
- Then add butternut squash, dried apricots, honey, canned chopped tomatoes and chicken stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 45 min, 98°C, Stir 3
- Season to taste
- Serve
- Garnish with cilantro
