  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until boiling - 10 min, 100°C, Speed Min
  7. Add fine wheat semolina to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 30 min, 98°C, Speed Min
  9. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to 6 ramekins
  10. Chill in fridge
  11. Serve
