Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Add coffee powder and water to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix until well combined then set aside
  4. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 3 min, speed 6
  9. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 4
  11. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 2 min, speed 5
  13. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted until dough forms - 1 min, speed 7
  15. Wrap with plastic wrap
  16. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  17. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  18. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  19. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  20. Cut into rounds
  21. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  22. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  23. Remove from oven and let cool
  24. Drizzle with dark chocolate
  25. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
  26. Serve
