  5. Then add onion, lemongrass paste and ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add carrot to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add coconut milk and vegetable stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 4
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 15 min, 102°C, Stir 4
  12. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Glass thermoresist blender
  13. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  14. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  15. Blend until smooth
  16. Serve
