Step preview

  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, 120°C
  5. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  7. Add butternut squash, carrot, vegetable stock cube, sugar and water to the Glass thermoresist blender
  8. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  9. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  10. Start the speed on 1 and gradually increase speed
  11. Remove the attachment from the machine
  12. Transfer content of Glass thermoresist blender to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Cook - 25 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  15. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Glass thermoresist blender
  16. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  17. Set the speed to 1, the timer to 1 minute
  18. Serve
