  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add buttermilk and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 40°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add dried yeast and icing sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 1
  7. Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 40°C, Speed OFF
  8. Then add all purpose flour, salt and baking soda to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  10. Remove the Dough Tool
  11. Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 35°C, Speed OFF
  12. Add parmesan cheese, garlic clove, italian herbs and salt to a clean small bowl
  13. Mix with tablespoon until well combined
  14. Line a clean springform tin with parchment paper then set aside
  15. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to lightly floured surface
  16. Knead slightly
  17. Divide dough into 30 equal portions
  18. Roll into balls
  19. Transfer shaped dough to springform tin
  20. Brush with olive oil
  21. Sprinkle with herb and parmesan mixture
  22. Let rest - 30 min
  23. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  24. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 180°C
  25. Serve
