Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Add rolled oats and brown sugar to a clean medium bowl
  4. Mix with tablespoon until well combined
  5. Pour oat mixture into baking tray
  6. Spread evenly
  7. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  8. Remove from oven and let cool
  9. Add raspberries to the Glass thermoresist blender
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  12. Attach Whisk
  13. Add whipping cream to the Kenwood Bowl
  14. Whisk - 2 min, Speed 2
  15. Whisk until thickened - 2 min, Speed 5
  16. Then add honey and whiskey to the Kenwood Bowl
  17. Whisk - 10 sec, Speed 2
  18. Retrieve the roasted oats
  19. Set aside 2 tablespoons of oats to use as decoration
  20. Add a layer of coulis, whipped cream, then roasted oats into each glass
  21. Top with another layer of whipped cream, then coulis
  22. Decorate with raspberries
  23. Garnish with the reserved roasted oats
  24. Chill in fridge until needed
  25. Serve
