  5. Then add onion, leek, parsnip, carrot, fresh parsley, celeriac and tomato paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add water, bay leaves, black peppercorns and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 100°C, Speed OFF
  9. Strain soup into large serving bowl through a sieve
  10. Serve
