  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed 1
  5. Then add red onion, garlic clove, carrot, mushrooms and leek to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 12 min, 120°C, Speed 1
  7. Then add tomato paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 70°C, Speed 1
  9. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  11. Then add dry red wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Add vegetable broth, bay leaves, mustard, soy sauce, rosemary and maple syrup to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 80°C, Stir 3
  14. Strain sauce into medium bowl through a sieve
  15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  17. Transfer sauce to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Add salt & pepper and dried oregano to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl to taste
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 5 min, 100°C, Speed 1
