Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Add all purpose flour, salmon filet and shrimps to a clean medium bowl
  5. Coat
  6. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  11. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Slice carrot and fennel bulb into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Add frozen peas, garlic clove, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, orange juice and double cream to the kCook bowl
  16. Season
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 98°C, speed 2
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  19. Top with potato
  20. Add mozzarella cheese to the baking dish
  21. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  22. Serve
