Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Attach the K-Beater
  4. Add egg white, caster sugar and coconut to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 60°C, Speed Min
  7. Form into balls
  8. Transfer balls to baking tray
  9. Bake - 7 min, 220°C
  10. Serve
