Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Dough Tool
  3. Add italian 00 flour, water, dried yeast, olive oil and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Knead with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 35°C, Speed Min
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Form into a ball
  8. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  9. Roll into a baguette
  10. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to baking tray
  11. Cover with kitchen towel
  12. Prove - approx 30 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  14. Score the top of your baguettes diagonally with a sharp knife
  15. Bake - 25 min, 220°C
  16. Let cool onto cooling rack
  17. Serve
