Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  3. Attach the Whisk
  4. Add all purpose flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  7. Then add butter, dark chocolate, white chocolate and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  9. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  10. Form into balls
  11. Transfer dough balls to baking tray
  12. Bake - 10 min, 170°C
  13. Serve
