Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  4. Grease and flour a clean tube pan then set aside
  5. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  6. Add caster sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  10. Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  12. Then add italian 00 flour, baking powder, lemon and salt to the kCook bowl
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  14. Remove lid
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  16. Slice golden delicious apple into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Transfer mixture to tube pan
  19. Spread until level
  20. Bake until golden brown - 35 min, 170°C
  21. Remove from oven and let cool
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  24. Add egg yolk and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  28. Then add milk, whipping cream, vanilla extract and lemon to the kCook bowl
  29. Cook with filler cap fitted - 9 min, 85°C, speed 4
  30. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 95°C, speed 4
  31. Pour content of kCook bowl into serving bowl and let cool
  32. Serve
