Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  4. Add hazelnuts, honey, rolled oats, hazelnut oil, chia seeds, hazelnut butter and ground cinnamon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 1
  7. Pour mixture into baking tray
  8. Bake while stirring occasionally - 30 min, 180°C
  9. Remove from oven and let cool - 10 min
  10. Add chocolate chips to the baking tray
  11. Mix with tablespoon then set aside
  12. Add lemon, almond flour, almond milk, caster sugar, strawberries and ice to the Glass thermoresist blender
  13. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  14. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  15. Pulse 3-4 times, then for a full minute to get a very thick smoothie
  16. Divide smoothie between 2 serving bowl
  17. Divide content of baking tray between 2 serving bowl
  18. Top with slivered almonds, chia seeds, raspberries, banana and goji berries
  19. Serve
