Step preview

  1. Line a clean springform tin with parchment paper
  2. Attach K Beater
  3. Add caster sugar, cocoa powder, biscuits and butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 1
  5. Press mixture into springform tin
  6. Chill in fridge - 20 min
  7. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add cream cheese, caster sugar and whipping cream to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  11. Divide the mixture between three medium bowls
  12. Transfer the content of the first medium bowl back into the Kenwood Bowl
  13. Add raspberries to the Kenwood Bowl
  14. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 1 min, Speed 2
  15. Transfer the content of the Kenwood Bowl onto the biscuit base
  16. Transfer the content of the second medium bowl into the Kenwood Bowl
  17. Add raspberries to the Kenwood Bowl
  18. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 1 min, Speed 2
  19. Transfer the content of the Kenwood Bowl into the springform tin on top of the first mix
  20. Transfer the content of the third medium bowl into the springform tin
  21. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  22. Transfer cake to serving plate
  23. Sprinkle with dark chocolate
  24. Decorate with raspberries
  25. Serve
