What better way to show someone how much you love them than with a heart shaped pavlova topped with whipped cream, raspberry sauce, and an assortment of berries. Finish the pavlovas with any type of berries of your choice and you can replace raspberry sauce with a chocolate sauce if you are feeling more indulgent.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 100°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Attach the Whisk
  4. Add egg white to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Whisk with splashguard fitted until foamy - 2 min, Speed Max
  7. Add caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl gradually while machine is running
  8. Whisk with splashguard fitted until stiff peaks form - 4 min, Speed Max
  9. Prepare a clean piping bag with open star tip
  10. Transfer meringue to piping bag
  11. Pipe the meringue onto the baking tray to form a heart shaped bottom
  12. Pipe a second layer on the outer edge only to create a cup
  13. Bake - 1 hr, 100°C
  14. Remove from oven and let cool
  15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Attach the Stir Tool
  17. Add raspberries and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 4
  19. Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into medium bowl through a sieve
  20. Set aside and let cool
  21. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  22. Attach the Whisk
  23. Add whipping cream and icing sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Whisk with splashguard fitted until stiff peaks form - 4 min, Speed 4
  25. Prepare a clean piping bag with open star tip
  26. Transfer cream to piping bag
  27. Pipe a rosette of cream onto the meringue hearts
  28. Drizzle with a teaspoon of raspberry sauce over the cream
  29. Decorate with mixed berries
  30. Serve
