Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add brown sugar, all purpose flour and salted butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  6. Then add milk to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  8. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  9. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  10. Cut the dough into rectangles 7cm long and 1.5 cm wide
  11. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  12. Prick each rectangle with a fork
  13. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  14. Bake until lightly browned - 15 min
  15. Serve
