An excellent accompaniment for scallops, salmon or red meat. This recipe will give you a small amount of purée to be used as a sauce to dip the meat or fish in your main course.

Ingredients

    25 g (about 1 ¾ tablespoons)
  • Double cream icon

    75 g (about ¼ cup)
  • Salt & pepper icon

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice cauliflower into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add unsalted butter and double cream to the kCook bowl
  9. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Heat with filler cap fitted - 100°C, speed 3
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 98°C, speed 4
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Season to taste
  15. Serve
