  2. Add milk, whipping cream and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 80°C, speed 4
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 4
  7. Add egg yolk and granulated sugar to a clean small bowl
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Transfer egg mixture to kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 14 min, 75°C, speed 4
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 80°C, speed 3
  12. Strain mixture into jug through a sieve
  13. Serve
