Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add onion, garlic clove, ginger, red chili and cilantro to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Blend until smooth
  6. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to small bowl
  7. Remove the attachment from the machine
  8. Attach the Stir Tool
  9. Add coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  11. Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 104°C, Speed OFF
  12. Transfer content of small bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 3 min, 104°C, Stir 2
  14. Then add mushrooms, garam masala, ground turmeric and cumin seeds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 5 min, 104°C, Stir 2
  16. Then add canned chopped tomatoes to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 3 min, 104°C, Stir 2
  18. Then add cooked rice and frozen peas to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 3 min, 102°C, Stir 2
  20. Then season with salt and black pepper to taste
  21. Divide content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl between 4 serving plates
  22. Decorate with lime
  23. Serve
