Ingredients

Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add bread flour, unsalted butter and salt to the dough
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted until combined - 3 min, speed 10
  9. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  10. Shape into a log
  11. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  12. Cover with kitchen towel
  13. Prove until doubled - approx 45 min
  14. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  15. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  16. Reduce - 180°C
  17. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 10 min, 180°C
  18. Let cool - approx 10 min
  19. Transfer onto cooling rack
  20. Serve
