  15. Prepare a clean work surface
  16. Sprinkle with durum semolina flour
  17. Transfer dough to work surface
  18. Shape into a circle
  19. Top with tomato paste, scamorza cheese and olive oil
  20. Bake - 5 min, 230°C
  21. Remove from oven
  22. Serve
