Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add buckwheat flour, rice flour, potato starch, caster sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  6. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Add non-dairy milk to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  9. Prepare a clean work surface
  10. Sprinkle with rice flour
  11. Transfer dough to work surface
  12. Knead into a ball
  13. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  14. Wrap in parchment paper
  15. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  16. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  17. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  18. Transfer dough to work surface
  19. Cut into rounds
  20. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  21. Bake - 12 min, 175°C
  22. Remove from oven and let cool
  23. Serve
