Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add potato and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 94°C, speed 2
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  14. Stir with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 6
  15. Then add egg and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Season
  20. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  21. Stir with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  22. Let cool until cold
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  24. Roll into a log until 1" thick
  25. Cut into pieces
  26. Press gently
  27. Add water to a clean saucepan
  28. Heat until just boiling
  29. Transfer pasta to saucepan carefully
  30. Cook - approx 4 min
  31. Serve
