  4. Grate parmesan cheese into a clean small bowl with direct prep attachment then set aside
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  10. Then add pancetta to the kCook bowl
  11. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  13. Drain content of kCook bowl into heatproof bowl
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add egg yolk and double cream to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  20. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 75°C, speed 6
  21. Transfer content of heatproof bowl to kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 75°C, speed 4
  23. Then add cooked pasta to the kCook bowl
  24. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 62°C, speed 4
  25. Season
  26. Serve
