Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Add peach, cornflour and sugar to a clean medium bowl
  3. Mix until coated
  4. Transfer fruit to baking dish
  5. Bake - 10 min, 220°C
  6. Attach the K-Beater
  7. Add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 1
  10. Then add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
  12. Then add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 2
  14. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  15. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 220°C
  16. Serve
