You can cook the Crozets in a pan if you are short of time. For the cooking stage of this one in the machine, adapt the time according to the indications on the packet. If you want to use ham instead of the bacon, you can adapt the recipe as follows: add 4 tbsp olive oil to the bowl with the onions and cook them for 6 min/100º/speed 1.   5. Cook - 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
  6. Then add crozets to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook - 5 min, 90°C, speed 1
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve
  9. Transfer pasta to gratin dish
  10. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add yellow onion to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Chop with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 12
  17. Then add cubed bacon to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 100°C, speed 1
  20. Then add whipping cream, white wine, salt and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook - 4 min, 100°C, speed 2
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to gratin dish
  23. Mix gently
  24. Cover with reblochon cheese
  25. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  26. Serve
