  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add caster sugar, lemon juice, milk, egg yolk and potato starch to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 90°C, speed 4
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  10. Add caster sugar and blanched almonds to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 15 sec, speed 12
  14. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula
  15. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, butter and egg to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
  17. Grease and flour a clean round pan
  18. Transfer two thirds of batter to round pan
  19. Level with a spatula
  20. Pour cream into round pan
  21. Transfer the rest of batter to round pan
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  24. Add blanched almonds to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 6
  28. Scatter content of kCook bowl over round pan
  29. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  30. Scatter icing sugar over the round pan
  31. Serve
