  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, lemon peel, rum and butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, 130°C, speed 3
  6. Let rest - 30 min
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, 130°C, speed 3
  8. Use a slotted spoon to remove the citrus peels
  9. Add italian 00 flour and baking soda to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 100°C, speed 8
  11. Let cool - 30 min
  12. Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  13. Mix - 6 min, speed 8
  14. Pre-heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  15. Add vegetable oil to the frying pan
  16. Shape 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball
  17. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough
  18. Add the balls of dough in the hot oil
  19. The doughnuts will roll in the hot oil and open up, bursting several times before being completely cooked
  20. Serve
