Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  7. Then add egg, vanilla extract and treacle to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  9. Then add rolled oats, ground cinnamon, all purpose flour and baking soda to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  11. Then add cashew nuts and white chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  13. Place dough on work surface
  14. Wrap with plastic wrap
  15. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min
  16. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  17. Roll about 2 tbsp of mixture at a time into balls and place on the baking tray
  18. Bake - 12 min, 180°C
  19. Let cool slightly
  20. Serve
