  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until browned - 3 min, 160°C, Stir 3
  7. Transfer the meat into a heatproof bowl
  8. Add cubed bacon, pearl onion, garlic clove and chestnut mushrooms to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 140°C, Stir 3
  10. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  12. Then add Cognac and white wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 3 min, 160°C, Speed OFF
  14. Transfer the meat back into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Add chicken stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 8 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  17. Then garnish with fresh parsley
  18. Serve
