This recipe is a great way to satisfy those ramen cravings when you just don't have the time to make broth from scratch. Use low sodium stock if you can, to prevent over-seasoning once the soy and miso are added - if you have any homemade stock in your freezer, now is the time to use it!

  2. Add chicken stock, green onion, soy sauce, white miso, sesame oil, rice vinegar, dashi, garlic clove and ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 2
  6. Add ramen noodles to a clean serving bowl
  7. Ladle broth over the noodles
  8. Top with egg, shiitake mushrooms, canned corn and nori sheets
  9. Serve
