Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  6. Then add caster sugar, salt and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  10. Shape into a ball
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 15 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Retrieve the dough from the fridge
  15. Roll out
  16. Line a greased mould with the dough
  17. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
