Step preview

  1. Making the dough:
  2. Attach the Dough Tool
  3. Add egg, all purpose flour, salt, butter and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 4
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Roll into a ball
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  10. Making the almond cream:
  11. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  12. Attach the K-Beater
  13. Add ground almonds, whipping cream, sugar and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
  15. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  16. Get the chilled dough out of the fridge
  17. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  18. Grease a clean tart tin
  19. Transfer dough to tart tin
  20. Bake - 7 min, 200°C
  21. Add blueberries and raspberries to the tart tin
  22. Transfer cream to tart tin
  23. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  24. Serve
