Tomato purée

Dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar

Ketchup
2 tablespoons
Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon
Liquid smoke

Large mixing bowl

Step preview
Pre-heat oven - 190°C
Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
Fit the Fine grating disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
Grate cauliflower and white cabbage into the Food processor attachment
Transfer content of Food processor attachment to large mixing bowl
Add ground turkey, potato starch, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper to the large mixing bowl
Stir until well combined
Roll into balls
Place meatballs on baking tray
Drizzle with oil
Bake - 25 min, 190°C
Remove from oven then set aside
Add tomato purée, dark brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, smoked paprika, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt and black pepper to a clean saucepan
Heat until just boiling while stirring occasionally - medium-high heat
