Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  4. Fit the Fine grating disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Grate cauliflower and white cabbage into the Food processor attachment
  6. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to large mixing bowl
  7. Add ground turkey, potato starch, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper to the large mixing bowl
  8. Stir until well combined
  9. Roll into balls
  10. Place meatballs on baking tray
  11. Drizzle with oil
  12. Bake - 25 min, 190°C
  13. Remove from oven then set aside
  14. Add tomato purée, dark brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, smoked paprika, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt and black pepper to a clean saucepan
  15. Heat until just boiling while stirring occasionally - medium-high heat
  16. Simmer - 20 min, medium-low heat
  17. Transfer meatballs to saucepan
  18. Stir until coated
  19. Serve
