Save up your radish tops to make this tasty pesto. You can freeze the radish tops to preserve them by laying them flat on a tray and freezing for 3 hours then transfer to an airtight bag or container.

  1. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add radish, garlic clove, pine nuts, salt and black pepper to the kCook bowl

  7. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  13. Serve
