Use your left-over herbs in this oil. Use it in place of plain oil in cooking, on salads or on meat or fish. You can also freeze it in ice cube trays for easy portioning. For our herb oil we used a mix of parsley, sage, mint, and basil.

  6. Strain content of kCook bowl into bowl through a sieve
  7. Pour oil mixture into jar
  8. Serve
