Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add icing sugar, butter, all purpose flour, cocoa powder and milk to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted until dough forms - 30 sec, speed 12
  7. Transfer dough to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla extract, icing sugar, cocoa powder and coffee powder to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap removed then scrape bowl - 1 min, speed 6
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 6
  17. Spoon cream into piping bag
  18. Chill in fridge until needed
  19. Pre-heat oven - 140°C
  20. Remove the chilled dough from the fridge
  21. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  22. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  23. Cut into rounds
  24. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  25. Bake - 20 min, 140°C
  26. Remove from oven and let cool
  27. Remove the piping bag from the fridge
  28. Pipe icing onto biscuits
  29. Place the other half of the biscuits on top
  30. Decorate with white chocolate
  31. Serve
