Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 5 min, speed 8
  7. Add sugar to the kCook bowl gradually while whisking
  8. Add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  12. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking sheet
  14. Spread evenly until smooth
  15. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  16. Bake until light golden - 8 min, 180°C
  17. Let cool and continue
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add mascarpone cheese, double cream, egg and sugar to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  24. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  25. Add coffee and amaretto to a clean small bowl
  26. Stir until combined
  27. Transfer content of small bowl to baking sheet
  28. Cut out into rounds
  29. Assemble
  30. Pipe with piping bag
  31. Dust with cocoa powder
  32. Serve
