  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until tender - 20 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  9. Then add pork shoulder, fresh parsley and lemon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  11. Serve
