Step preview

  1. Grease a clean cupcake pan
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add olive oil and chicken breast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 15 min, 100°C, Stir 3
  6. Transfer chicken to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  8. Attach the Stir Tool
  9. Add olive oil, carrot, leek, onion and all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 10 min, 110°C, Speed 3
  11. Then add chicken stock, milk and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Transfer chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 5 min, 100°C, Stir 2
  14. Then season with salt and black pepper to taste
  15. Let cool - 20 min
  16. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  17. Place puff pastry on a clean lightly floured surface
  18. Roll out until 2mm thick
  19. Cut into rounds
  20. Cut out 12 smaller circles of pastry to be the top
  21. Transfer shaped dough to cupcake pan
  22. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to cupcake pan
  23. Place the smaller circle of pastry on top
  24. Brush with egg
  25. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
  26. Remove from oven and let cool
  27. Serve
