Surprise your dad this Father’s Day with this impressive giant cookie. Serve this delicious treat as a dessert with some ice cream, or simply have it as a sweet treat. We have finished ours with marshmallows and pecans, however you can add more of your favourite toppings of your choice.

Round pan - 20cm (8")
Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Grease and line a clean round pan with parchment paper
- Attach Creaming beater
- Add butter and light brown sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 2 min, Speed 3
- Then add egg and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
- Then add all purpose flour, baking powder, dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
- Spoon mixture into round pan
- Bake - 20 min, 180°C
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Top with your desired toppings
- Cut into 8 equal pieces
- Serve
