In Korea, this dish is served as street food, usually barbecued over an open flame; bul means fire, and dak means chicken. The addition of cheese may seem an odd one, but mozzarella is a popular ingredient in Korea, and you'll see why when you pull the bubbling dish from the oven. The browned, crispy cheese mellows the spicy gochujang and will stretch halfway across the table when you serve up, the perfect spectacle for your next dinner party!
