Thick vinaigrette for salads and raw vegetables. The amount of vinegar can be reduced and replaced by oil. You can vary the oils and vinegars according to what you prefer. You can also add spices, herbs or condiments of your choice (Espelette pepper, curry, parsley etc.) Can be stored in the fridge for several days. Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dried garlic, salt & pepper, wholegrain mustard and dried shallots to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 6
  7. Add rapeseed oil, olive oil and sunflower oil to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  9. Serve
