Thick vinaigrette for salads and raw vegetables. The amount of vinegar can be reduced and replaced by oil. You can vary the oils and vinegars according to what you prefer. You can also add spices, herbs or condiments of your choice (Espelette pepper, curry, parsley etc.) Can be stored in the fridge for several days.
