Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and line a clean rectangular pan with parchment paper
  3. Add butter to a clean saucepan
  4. Heat until lightly browned - medium heat
  5. Pour content of saucepan into small bowl then set aside
  6. Add golden caster sugar, all purpose flour, ground almonds and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
  7. Mix until combined then set aside
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add egg white to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Max
  11. Remove the Kenwood Bowl from the machine
  12. Fold content of Kenwood Bowl into medium bowl carefully
  13. Pour content of small bowl into medium bowl slowly
  14. Fold until combined
  15. Transfer mixture to rectangular pan
  16. Top with raspberries and white chocolate chips
  17. Bake until golden brown - 40 min, 180°C
  18. Remove from oven and let cool
  19. Cut into 12 equal pieces
  20. Dust with icing sugar
  21. Serve
